I cannot say enough about the exceptional work Karen put in to selling my father's property. He past away in March and I, as the executor of the estate, live in South Carolina. It was difficult for me to be in Illinois to oversee and work on cleaning up the property for the sale. Karen went above and beyond what was expected. The house was de-personalized, clutter free, and open. (It’s a hard process but they did a great job. Totally worth it.)
